Jeff Lee came to Sequim, like so many people do, to buy some retirement property for future use, and instead decided to retire from the corporate life and stay to start Dungeness Builders. Jeff said, “all you have to do is hike into the Buckhorn Wilderness and you’re hooked”. With Sequim’s extraordinary mild climate and endless beauty and activities, no wonder it has been discovered to be an exceptional place to live. Jeff has lived in the northwest for 27 years.

Jeff worked for 30 years in drafting, design, engineering and construction of industrial facilities such as power generation, aerospace, petrochemical and pulp & paper. His specialty was computer modeling and design. He has a bachelors of science in business administration and a minor in engineering.
